		<description>Wow man, this is true. Even years after this post has been ublished, this still remains the same. The same fucking useless middle managers, who doesnt know a shit  either technically nor domain wise. And its better not to speak up about their managerial capabilities.

Added to that, from last few years, infy started a enw concept called SEZ, where in you recruit entire set of ppl from outside. So, not even some of the good infosys virtues like good campuses, facilities will be missing. 

Also, they started hiring lots of women.. and lots of lateral women too.. who got into IT by chance, not by brains and become managers now.. They use their kitchen tips and tricks at workplace...

The scum accumelated over years, and now is complete shit that exists in infy.

And i am becoming one of them...
